Drawing upon extensive experience within professional academy environments, the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) and the wider football industry, we provide honest, independent and professional talent identification services for players from the age of eight through to the senior game.

Every player's pathway is unique. Our role is to objectively assess performance, identify potential and, where appropriate, recommend players to clubs operating at the level best suited to their current ability and long-term development. We believe the right opportunity at the right time is far more valuable than simply chasing the highest level available.

Where appropriate, players may be recommended directly to clubs within our professional network. Once an introduction has been made, our role is complete, allowing clubs and players to build their relationship independently.
